Outside Practice Accountability (OPA)

The Work Doesn't Stop When Practice Ends.

Most young basketball players wait for the next team practice to get better. The ones who truly develop are the ones who put in the work in between — in the driveway, the basement, the park, wherever they can find space and a ball.

The problem is not motivation. The problem is accountability.

That's what OPA is built to solve.

What Is OPA?

Outside Practice Accountability is a remote basketball accountability program designed for young athletes who are ready to commit to consistent outside practice — and need a real, experienced coach to hold them to it.

OPA is not a replacement for team practice or group training. It is the bridge between what athletes do with their team and what they do on their own. That gap is where development either happens or doesn't.

With OPA, athletes create a simple weekly training plan, submit daily proof of their work, and receive personal feedback from Coach James — the same standard of coaching that drives Extra Mile Basketball, delivered directly to your athlete every single day.

Who Is OPA For?

OPA is for basketball players who are serious about improving — not just during scheduled practice, but in the hours no one is watching.

Age Groups Served: Ages 7–10 | Ages 11–13 | Ages 14–18

Whether your athlete plays recreational, school, travel, or AAU basketball, OPA meets them where they are and holds them to a higher standard of personal commitment.
